The Challenge
Forex needed a partner to redesign their trading application platform as well as each of their trading application products that serve various customer segments, and their public Web site.
The Solution
For this project, Qorso performed user research, defined workflows and created the information architecture for the new applications from existing requirements. The information was used to create the visual design and develop the user interface and flexible prototypes. Considering usability and ergonomics in the new designs was paramount. Finally, the designs were validated with clients using prototypes.
Qorso Technology’s design streamlined the trading process to execute trades with one click, and live streaming quotes and other real-time functionality were incorporated into trade execution buttons and other living elements in the interface. Due to aggressive timelines, Qorso employed a rapid form of its user-centered design approach to quickly confirm or define requirements and workflows, assess usability needs and begin developing the information architecture for the complex trading applications.
The Results
