Qorso QLoud

Qorso QLoud services is the easiest way for you to quickly deploy and manage applications in the AWS cloud. You simply upload your application, and the QLoud automatically handles the deployment details of capacity provisioning, load balancing, auto-scaling, and application health monitoring. You retain full control over the AWS resources powering your application and can access the underlying resources at any time. Qorso QLoud leverages AWS services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon Simple Notification Service, Elastic Load Balancing, and Auto-Scaling to deliver the same highly reliable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure that hundreds of thousands of businesses depend on today. Qorso QLoud services are easy to begin and impossible to outgrow.

At its core, cloud computing eliminates the costs and complexity of evaluating, buying, configuring, and managing all the hardware and software needed for enterprise applications. Instead, these applications are delivered as a service over the Internet.

Qorso Technology offers a fusion of the 3 major Cloud Computing areas:

IaaS > Infrastructure as a Service

These services provide physical infrastructure for our customers like servers, software etc. This area of Cloud Computing focuses on providing and managing all of the physical hardware and software needed to run network and computing applications for clients. IaaS alleviates the costs, complexities, and risk of deploying and maintaining new server technologies.  The Qorso QLoud uses state-of-the-art proven virtualization technology to leverage our massive computing, storage, and network infrastructure. We offer our customers flexible pay-as-you-go subscription methods or comprehensive Service Level Agreements that offer volume discounts and advanced management.

PaaS > Platform as a Service

These applications are similar to IaaS but  here PaaS provides all the basic neccesary solutions for creating your very own applications. This area of Cloud Computing focuses on the needs for IT departments and development teams. PaaS provides all the infrastructure needed to build, test, and run custom applications over the Internet. It is delivered in the same way as a utility like electricity or water. Developers simply “tap in” and take what they need without worrying about the complexity behind the scenes. And like a utility, PaaS is based on a metering or subscription model so users only pay for what they use. PaaS offerings includes facilities for application design, application development, testing, deployment and hosting as well as application services such as team collaboration, web service integration and marshalling, database integration, security, scalability, storage, persistence, state management, application versioning, application instrumentation and developer community facilitation. These services may be provisioned as an integrated solution over the Qorso QLoud.

Saas > Software as a Service

Software as a service (or SaaS) is a way of delivering applications over the Internet—as a service. This area of Cloud Computing serves the end-user and is the final product. It can be a custom application, generic applications such as MS Outlook/Exchange, or an enterprise application like Salesforce.com or Oracle. Instead of installing and maintaining software, you simply access it via the Internet, freeing yourself from complex software and hardware management. SaaS applications are sometimes called Web-based software, on-demand software, or hosted software. Whatever the name, SaaS applications run on a SaaS provider’s servers. The provider manages access to the application, including security, availability, and performance.

Qorso QLoud service gives developers and systems administrators an easy way to create a collection of related AWS resources and provision them in an orderly and predictable fashion. Developers can use our sample templates or create their own templates to describe the AWS resources, and any associated dependencies or runtime parameters, required to run their application. You don’t need to figure out the order in which AWS services need to be provisioned or the subtleties of how to make those dependencies work. Qorso QLoud takes care of this for you.

Customers can create a template and deploy its associated collection of resources (called a stack) via the AWS Management Console, Qorso QLoud command line tools or APIs. Qorso QLoud tools are available at no additional charge, and customers pay only for the AWS resources needed to run their applications.
